How to buy

How do I buy something from Kitco?

To buy precious metals from Kitco, you need to first open a Kitco account if you do not already have one. For instructions, see "How do I open a Kitco account?".

Once you open an account, you can buy precious metal products in three different ways:

1. Online
   • The Kitco online store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week
   • Sign into your Kitco account
   • Click the appropriate tab for your product category (gold, silver, platinum, palladium or rhodium)
   • Choose your currency (USD or HKD)
   • Refresh the page or click Refresh Price to see the latest prices
   • For each product that you want to buy, enter the quantity and click the corresponding Add to cart button
   • After you have completed shopping, click the yellow Checkout button
2. Over the telephone
   • Call (852) 2827-7800 to buy over the telephone
   • Our business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. HKT, Monday to Friday (except Hong Kong public holidays)
3. In person
   • Visit our retail store at Unit 1405, 14/F, West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (see map)
   • Our business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. HKT, Monday to Friday (except Hong Kong public holidays)
